Join us for our annual memorial event as we come together to honor and remember those who have passed.

This event is open to all family, friends, and loved ones who have experienced the death of a loved one under our hospice care in the past year. Members from the care team will be present to help honor and remember your loved one. Dinner will be provided.

The memorial will include:
• A reading of names with a bell rung in remembrance (separate reading for Veteran’s)
• Tea light candles for families to light in honor of their loved ones
• Forget-me-not seeds as a keepsake for attendees
