In-Home Hospice Volunteers
In-Home Hospice Volunteers provide compassionate care and support to patients and families facing end-of-life challenges, offering companionship, emotional assistance, and respite visits. This deeply rewarding role involves bringing comfort and an extra layer of support to those in need during their most sensitive moments in the comfort of their homes.
Hospice House Volunteers
Hospice House will play a vital role in supporting both patients and staff by providing companionship and emotional support to patients while assisting in house duties such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry. Your caring presence and help will contribute to creating a comforting environment for patients and their families during their stay at the hospice facility.
Cork's Place Kids Grief Center
As a Cork’s Place Kids Grief Center Volunteer, you will offer compassionate support and guidance to children and teenagers who have experienced the loss of a loved one, helping them navigate through their grief in a safe and nurturing environment. Your dedication as a volunteer will play a crucial role in providing these young individuals with a healing space to express their feelings and cope with their bereavement journey.
Office and Admin Support Volunteer

Who can volunteer?
Volunteers come from all walks of life – they are business professionals, retirees or students. Whether you can volunteer for two hours a day or two hours a week, we welcome you to our team.
- Anyone over 18 years old can apply to volunteer.
- No experience is necessary to volunteer. Volunteers receive training before beginning to volunteer.
